SHIPPING

BioChar6 ships within the lower 48 states of the United States. Orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier (UPS) or our freight carrier of choice.

SHIPPING COSTS/OPTIONS

Orders are calculated by weight and distance by our shipping carrier (UPS). Shipping options will be displayed at checkout and you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email.

RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) if your order meets the simple requirements below.

Please contact us immediately via  the Return Request Form link in your BioChar6 account area, or call us at (931) 433-2443, so we can help you with your return. Please note that filing a chargeback with your credit card company will void the opportunity to return your order and receive a refund.


To Return an Item(s)

  1. All returned items must be new, unopened and unused.

  2. You are responsible for the return shipping cost (tracking is highly recommended).

  3. Login to your account within 30 days of receiving your order and request a return.

  4. All returned items purchased on BioChar6.com must be received within 14 days of notifying us of the return.

  5. When we receive your item(s) you will receive a refund less the original shipping cost, and credit card fees. At our discretion, we may issue a store credit or a refund back to your funding instrument.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel an order contact us immediately via our Contact Us page or by phone at (931) 433-2443. We will make every effort to cancel your order. Orders are typically submitted for fulfillment the same day and cannot be cancelled if they have shipped. If your order is canceled before being shipped, any transaction fees charged (e.g. credit card fees.) will be deducted from the order total, because those fees are not refunded back to us.

DAMAGED ITEMS

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please refuse the order from the shipping company driver if possible. If you cannot refuse the shipment, please call us at (931) 433-2443 or email us immediately via our Contact Us page. Please keep all original packaging materials. A clear digital photo showing the damage to the product and the original shipping box with the shipping label is required to receive a refund. We reserve the right to ship a replacement or issue a credit.

SHIPPING ERRORS

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, we will resolve your original order at our expense. Please call us at (931) 433-2443 or use our Contact Us page, so we can make things right!
